  • Non-breeding species such as migrants, vagrants, and injured birds should be recorded on the data sheets but indicated as such. These records are stored separately in the BBS database. (Example - Appendix C)
  • Support records of unusual species for the area by including some details of the observation on the Comment Form. This holds true for non-breeding species as well. (Examples- Appendix B)
