USGS - science for a changing world

Patuxent Wildlife Research Center

The bird phenology program is currently closed for data entry. With your help we have entered almost all the phenology cards! However, work is not done as many of these cards (400,000!) have not been validated by the computer. We are working with Georgetown University to create a new system where we will need help from volunteers again to finalize and validate the most accurate transcriptions for any particular card. More to come, hopefully by the end of the summer. Thank you Sam Droege.
