Care and husbandry of Sandhill and Whooping  Cranes.  Care and maintenance of mechanical incubators and hatchers.  Cryopreservation of genetic samples from endangered cranes.  Opening non-viable eggs to determine fertility.  Early training of Whooping Crane chicks to follow behind an ultralight aircraft.
