Primary Responsibilities: Processes all of the biologists' letters. Edits, mails and maintains a filing system to ensure all correspondence is completed. Helps as an assistant to the permit office and serves as the backup secretary when needed. Responsible for managing the BBL email account and answering the BBL telephone line when needed. Responsible for the printing of the Certificate of Appreciation. |
