Primary Responsibilities: 
Validate time & attendance for my group, generate travel vouchers, make reservations for travel, answer phone and forward calls to appropriate USGS employee, collect signed fleet card and purchasing Mastercard paperwork (statements & receipts) from all employees and mail to appropriate PWRC personnel, order office supplies, facilitate the functioning of the Athens Research Station in the generation of important scientific data, serve as liaison between scientists and Administrative Services, assist with property inventory as needed, track study costs for individual projects, and take all mandatory training in a timely manner.
