Primary Responsibilities: 
Recommends, evaluates and implements overall Library policy, operating procedures, and equipment choices to insure Library service for all staff.  Manages the Library budget, guides collection development, and provides reference service to staff and other libraries. Performs original descriptive and subject cataloging of technical literature, entering records into the OCLC Online Union Catalog.  Runs complex literature searches and compiles bibliographic databases.  Maintains the subject content of the Library web pages and updates the online reprint ordering pages.
