Primary Responsibilities:
Assist Station personnel with the following: collect “Time & Attendance” info to send to PWRC
Timekeeper; ready Mastercard and GOV fleet card statements for mailing;
order supplies; generate travel vouchers in WebTM; track expenditures
within all Station cost codes using Excel spreadsheet; forward telephone
messages via e-mail; copy journal articles as requested for research;
organize and maintain literature file; respond to e-mail; assist with
large mailings, including updating address files; and assist with other
duties as requested.
