Primary Responsibilities: Advise scientific and technical staff on options for staffing and recruitment, either through contracted procurement of services or Federal personnel recruitment process. COR for technical support services contract. Manage task order administration and monitor contractor performance. Procurement liaison for Student Services Purchase Orders and Cooperative Agreements. Point of contact for personnel actions including recruitment for permanent, term, temporary and student appointments. HR liaison for personnel matters such as performance plans, enter on duty and new employee orientation, flexiplace agreements, and performance awards. |
