Primary Responsibilities: 
Provide guidance to PWRC facility staff on various contracting options for procuring supplies and services; makes recommendations and/or suggestions on best procurement method, thus assuring the Government the most practical, cost-effective means of contracting; review justifications, statements of work for contractual soundness; maintains an automated log for monitoring progress of contracts; prepare requisitions for purchasing and/or modifications; approve payments of invoices ; program, monitor and administer reports for Center staff on usage of the internal gasoline pump; and provide administrative support to facility staff on bankcard issues .

Bachelor of Arts degree, Keene College, 1960; education
