The following chapter in the book "Cranes: Their Biology, Husbandry, and Conservation", edited by David H. Ellis, George F. Gee (both of USGS Patuxent Wildlife Research Center) and Claire M. Mirande with Technical Editor Catherine H. Ellis and Copy Editor Lorie A. Shaull, is the first chapter that we are offering on our website.  The rest of the book will be added.
