Reindexing the Program Look-up files

You may have received an error message with a variable not found, like this one.

Error #:12, line #:86
Error: Variable 'ORDER' is not found.
Code: Variable 'ORDER' is not found.
Program: LOCATION.COMMAND 5.CLICK

The error message indicates that an "index" for one of your tables has been damaged.

To fix it
  1. Click on Utilities on the main screen 

  2. Click on Rebuild Index.           utilities screen reindex chosen

  3. Click on Program Files.   Screen Shot

  4. Click Yes.  confirm reindex form

This should fix the problem. If not, exit out of Band Manager, and then open Windows Explorer and go to the bandmgr directory. Then delete the file called location.cdx - after this, start Band Manager again and repeat the instructions above for reindexing.
