This band ordering form is for American Banders only, Canadian Banders can order bands by email at bbo_cws@ec.gc.ca.

Please, only Master Permitees or their representatives should order bands (one person should order bands for the entire permit). Bands will be mailed to the street address on file with the Bird Banding Lab for the Master Permit.
